Something Old is for the client who does not necessarily need everything that a complete package offers, or would like to create their own package based on their individual needs. Use these services in combination with the packages, or build your own to suit your needs.
Develop a wedding day schedule for the Bride, Groom, and bridal party members,
Speech preparation and guidance,
Schedule all vendor appointments and follow up "reminder" calls,
Assist the Bridal party with "special" duties (such as the Bridal Shower, Jack and Jill, stag/Stagette, Bachelor/Bachelorette party),
Send out all invitations to all parties and make follow-up "RSVP" calls,
Distribute any remaining payments to vendors,
Help pass out bubbles/rice and party favors to guests,
Shop for attendant's gifts,
Prepare the order of events for the reception,
Prepare Processional/Recessional Plan including song selection,
Help devise a floor plan and seating arrangements for the reception,
Bridal Emergency Kit(Includes nylons, nail polish, bandages, lip gloss, tissues, hair accessories, make-up kit, gum, mouthwash, and much, much more!),
Assist with finding lodging for out of town guests.

Full event planning from inception to completion is 15% of the total wedding budget with a

Something New(Day-Of) is perfectly suited for those brides who are taking care of most of the planning themselves, but would like to have their ceremony and reception professionally orchestrated. An on-site wedding coordinator will direct every aspect of your wedding day. This package consists of:
Designed for brides who have already handled most of their own wedding planning, this Day-Of Coordination package focuses on the smooth execution of all components of your big day. With our expert planner on site from start to finish, you’ll be free to relax and enjoy the beginning of your happily-ever-after.
Something New includes:
* Complimentary consultation:Your event specialist will meet with you to discuss the plans you’ve already made and get a feel for your vision of your big day.
* Pre-wedding follow-up: 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we’ll meet again to create detailed checklists, hour-by-hour timelines, floor plans, and contact lists. No detail will be overlooked during this comprehensive consultation.
* Vendor confirmations: 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day, we’ll contact all of your wedding vendors photographer, florist, videographer, caterer, and any other vendors - to confirm delivery and pick-up times and introduce ourselves as their main point of contact on the big day.
* Rehearsal supervision: Your coordinator will oversee your wedding rehearsal, meet with the members of the wedding party, and confirm the details of the main event.
* Ceremony setup and supervision: We’ll arrive on-site early to ensure that all deliveries are made on time, everything is set up to perfection, and all essential participants are in place. From pinning on corsages to guiding guests to the sign-in book to fluffing the train of your dress as you make your grand entrance, we’ll remain on top of every detail to make sure the ceremony is flawlessly executed.
* Reception setup and supervision: After the “I dos,” you and your wedding party can remain for pictures while we help to transport any necessary decorations from the ceremony site to the reception location. We’ll also set out wedding favors and place cards, light candles, position centerpieces, and confirm the planned agenda with the DJ, musicians, caterers, and other vendors. From the arrival of the wedding party through the cake-cutting ceremony, all details will be reliably supervised.
* Wedding Day Emergency Kit: Preparation is the key to preventing wedding-day crises. Our coordinator will have an “emergency kit” on hand for you and your wedding party, including everything from sewing kits to aspirin to breath mints to bobby pins.
